Load Your Locker Night and School Community Council (SCC) BBQ
Our annual Load Your Locker Night and School Community Council (SCC) BBQ is on Thursday, August 29th. All students and families are welcome to join us from 5:00- 7:00 p.m.



We are all excited to reconnect with our students and families.



This will be a great night for students to pick up timetables, tour our campus, meet teachers, ask questions, and drop off belongings to lockers.



Important details ⬇️



SCC BBQ is free and our parent volunteers will be serving up hotdogs under the portico. We are always looking to add parents to our School Community Council, please let us know if you would like to join!


Watch for signage around the school with important information and don’t hesitate to ask a staff member if you have any questions.


Timetables and Locks
Grade 9 students- timetables and locks for lockers will be in the front foyer and drama space. Front half of the alphabet will be in the foyer and last half of the alphabet will be in the drama space. Watch for signs.



New students to ECS- will find timetables and new student packages in Student Services (Up near the art gallery & library).



Grade 10- 12 students- timetables and locks will be available in room # 270 (business wing).



Note: All students must use school owned locks unless otherwise approved by the school.



Lockers are assigned by the school and numbers can be found on the top of student timetables. Returning students will have the same locker number as last year.


"If I can't remember, can I just pick any locker?" Please, no, this would result in chaos as lockers are assigned. Let us help you remember!



Below the Bolt will be open for clothing sales.


School clubs and sports teams will have information tables around the lower level of the courtyard.




Student timetables will be viewable on Edsby on Monday, Aug. 26th. Any timetable/ course changes must be made by students using the QR code that will be posted. Students will need to use their SECPSD login to complete the form. Please try to refrain from sending Edsby messages, emails, Teams messages or phone calls to Mme Dutka or Mrs Cote about course changes.



We would encourage students and families to watch their emails, Edsby River, and Facebook for important information that will be shared in the coming days.
