This is our final week in this connection challenge and what better way to wrap up than to focus on things that bring us comfort. Comfort can be described as alleviating one's grief or distress. During the pandemic it is crucial that we are focusing on finding things to comfort us and bring us joy. When we find comfort through people in our lives, activities, pets etc. we can experience relief from feelings of distress.
This week we have a comfort bingo challenge for you and your family to try together. We encourage you to try each activity on the bingo card. Feel free to add a picture to your school's social media page if you choose!
